You are competent. You handle things. From the outside, the life works.
And still there’s a flatness you can’t name. A sense that you’re running someone else’s program. Days that pass without anything in them being yours. You’ve read the books. Maybe you tried meditating and quit, because nobody told you what you were actually training or how you’d know if it was working.
Here’s what nobody told you: the thing you’re reaching for isn’t vague, and it isn’t reserved for monks and mystics. It has a structure. It has four components. It can be measured today and measured again in six weeks, and the difference will be visible.
That’s what this course is.
WHAT SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE ACTUALLY IS
You already accept that some people have higher cognitive intelligence, and that some have higher emotional intelligence. Spiritual intelligence is the third — the capacity to hold a steady inner state, perceive your connection to something larger than yourself, reason honestly about existence, and construct meaning from your own experience.
It sits underneath the other two. When it’s low, intelligence and emotional skill get spent on the wrong things. When it’s developed, everything else gets pointed somewhere.
It rests on four pillars:
◈ Peaceful State Expansion
Entering stillness on purpose — and holding it when the day comes at you.
◈ Unity Consciousness
Seeing past the boundary of the separate self to your actual connection with others.
◈ Critical Existential Thinking
Asking the questions about meaning, purpose, and mortality that most people spend a lifetime avoiding.
◈ Personal Meaning Production
Building purpose out of your experience — including the parts that hurt — instead of waiting for it to arrive.
THE SIQ ASSESSMENT
Most personal growth asks you to take its word for it. This doesn’t.
You’ll take the SIQ assessment — a 40-item, behaviorally-anchored instrument — in Module 1, before you’ve learned anything that might coach your answers. You’ll take it again in Module 6.
Your score lands on a 40–200 scale across four bands:
You’ll also get a pillar-by-pillar breakdown, which matters more than the total. A person can be strong in stillness and nearly absent in existential honesty. The breakdown tells you where your practice should go.
A word about your score: it’s a starting point, not a verdict. Almost everyone starts lower than they expected. That’s the point of measuring.
WHAT’S INSIDE
Module 1 — What Spiritual Intelligence Is (and Isn’t)
The four pillars in full. Your baseline SIQ assessment and how to read your own profile. You’ll write a letter to yourself that you won’t open until Module 6.
Module 2 — Peaceful State Expansion
Three ways into stillness, and why most meditation attempts fail. You’ll learn to spot the exact moment your peace collapses — and to return without beating yourself up about it.
Module 3 — Unity Consciousness
Where your sense of separateness got installed, and what it’s costing you. Includes the adversary practice: choosing one person you resist and learning to see them whole.
Module 4 — Critical Existential Thinking
The pillar everyone skips. You’ll trace three inherited beliefs to their source, sit with one question you can’t answer, and stop needing to resolve it.
Module 5 — Personal Meaning Production
Meaning is built, not found. You’ll construct meaning from a real difficulty in your own history, write a purpose statement, and audit your calendar against it. The gap is usually uncomfortable.
Module 6 — Integration: Your Practice, Your Life
Retake the SIQ. Open the letter. Then build a practice architecture designed for your worst week, not your best — because that’s the week that decides whether this lasts.
Your SIQ profile, twice — baseline and post-course, with a full pillar-by-pillar breakdown
A framework you can explain to your partner, your team, or yourself at 2 a.m.
A daily practice built to your profile and your actual constraints
A written purpose statement that survives a hard week
A 90-day plan with named failure points and specific countermeasures
Certificate of Completion in Foundations of Spiritual Intelligence
This is for you if:
You sense there’s a deeper layer to your life but have no map for reaching it
You’ve tried self-help or meditation and wanted something with structure behind it
You’re carrying more — at work, at home, as a caregiver — than your current inner capacity holds
You’re spiritually curious but not religiously affiliated
You are religiously affiliated and want a complementary, non-doctrinal practice
You want resilience and well-being without giving up your ambition
This is probably not for you if:
You’re looking for a specific religious tradition’s teachings
You want inspiration to consume rather than practices to do
You’re not willing to write. There’s real writing in this course.
